I also had a horrific Friday night and all day Saturday with severe stabbing cramps and constantly feeling like I need to visit the bathroom. But then couldn't get it all out. Just constant, painful, little BMs all day with so much pain I wanted to just die.

I have no idea what triggered it. No food was different than usual. No extra stress really. I am clueless. Can an attack just come for no apparent reason? I guess so.

I HATE IBS!!! It's mean and cruel and I hate what it does to our lives!

So someone please come up with a cure for us all. Amen!
