Welcome, fellow collegian! I'm a freshman right now in U of P in Philly, and yes, I'm going through the same thing.
Instead of writing an in-depth reply, I would reccomend you search the "Eating for IBS" board for "Hello and a Request to College Kids." Someone was doing research for a paper about college and IBS, so this should help you. In general, do a search for college in that board; it should help you out.
