The doctors always tell me it's better to let it go and take pedialite (sp?) to rehydrate as that gets the bug out of your system. If you try and block yourself up the bug stays put and makes you sicker. But most of my friends (and me included) take it anyway. I don't think they last any longer for taking it personally.
