Hey, Sorry you are in so much pain. I don't have endometriosis but did get horrible cramps before I went on the pill. I can't imagine what kind of pain you have. I always used to take Aleve but I guess naproxen is out of the question. This is kind of an unconventional suggesstion, but do you think you can get your hands on some weed? Honestly, the right-winger that I am, I STILL think the stuff should be legalized for medicinal purposes. It definitely might help with the pain and I don't think it will do anything to your belly. Just a thought. Also, since you have the sinus thing going on, have you thought about just taking benedryl? It won't do anything for the pain but it will knock you out. If you don't have to go to work, maybe you can just take doses continually for a few days and just sleep through the pain? I hope you feel better. Obviously you know all the suggestions about heating pads, and stretching, and exercising -- but exercising is usually the last thing I want to do when I have cramps so I don't know how people do it. Let us know how you make out. Panda
