I have suffered from sinus infections for many years. Right now, I am seeing an Allergy Doctor, and taking injections every week to help build up my immunity. IT has really helped me. I do not know how to set up a link, so here is the website for you, www.neilmed.com, or, www.sinusrinse.com, or nasalrinse.com. Check it out, I hate doing the rinses, I have found that doing them in the shower is a great help. Drink lots and lots and lots of water to get that stuff thinned out. I hope this helps you Kelly, I know how miserable you are. the important thing, is to keep the bottle cleaned to ward off contamination. You can do that easily. IT is important to do this routine 3 times a day.

My Doctor sells this great little bottle $5.oo each. It is called Sinus Rinse. You fill it with warm water mixed with pickling salt (doesn't have the impurities in it that table salt has) and baking soda. I just fill up a small pitcher of warm water, mix the stuff in, stirr it good, and start filling the bottle. It has easy directions on the side of the box. Every time I use it, I spray a little Clorox Cleanup in it, and fill the pitcher with warm soapy water, let them sit in it, then rinse well and dry out on cabint. You do this 3 times a day, and if you are having an infection like the one I have right now, you are going to be really grossed-out by what you see come out of that nose when you spray water into one nasal cavity. I start out spraying, it has a nozzle that fits up into your nose, you squeeze the bottle, and gently blow your nose and open your mouth, it is amazing how much easier you can breathe, and how much better you begin to feel after cleaning that junk out of your sinus'. IT is wonderful, I love this stuff, my doctor started me on it over a year ago, to keep me from having sinus surgery, which does not sound appealing to me at all. I have had too many surgeries the last too years and I am just not going to do any more unless they are blatantly life threatening. Anyway, the product is called "Sinus Rinse", there is also a phone number (877) 477-8633. If you have problems finding this, let me know and I will be happy to help you get one from my Dr. office.
