I too suffered a bad gallbladder and had mine out about 4-5 years ago. Call the hospital where you were "treated" by that jerl of a dr and file a formal compliant. You can do it over the phone, thats what I did when I was treated so poorly for my ankle at the ER. Nothing really came of it but the dr was made aware of the compliant and I did recieve and apology in the mail. These dr's have got to learn that it is NOT ok to treat people this way! I agree with Casey also, if you can't eat, at least be sure you are drinking. If you are very nauseous, call your dr's office and see if they will call in a scipt for phenergan (sp??) its for nausea and works pretty well for me.
