You can spend the entire day on the phone and not get a darn thing accomplished. Just give you a different number to call. And I also had to go without meds because they wouldn't pay for anything. Thank goodness for doctors who give free samples. But then I think they just give you whatever they have and it may not even be what is best for you. But it's free so you take it anyways.
