Casey, you are SO not a loser! You can't help the way you feel. I seriously think that when you're sick so often with IBS like most of us it makes you much more wary about being sick even more. I can't say I've ever gone through what you're going through, but I certainly take all precautions to avoid sick people, too. When my students come in coughing or sneezing, I'll be perfectly honest... I usually try to steer clear of them as much as possible! So just hang in there and try not to give yourself any more D by stressing yourself out. You're probably not catching it... and if you are you'll get through it. Just remember that we're here for you if you need to talk!
PS. I'm home sick today for the 2nd day in a row, so it's a good thing you don't have to worry about catching things over the computer!
