Don't feel like that. I'm just as bad, every since I was young I have always had a phobia about people throwing up.
It crucifys me when Tara is ill, because half of me wants to look after her, and the other half wants to hide away in a corner with my hands over my ears.
I always end end up in a worse state than her - and sleeping in the same bed is a nightmare.
Isn't it funny that those of us who hate getting sick are the ones who feel nausea all the time - it's like our bodies know exactly how to get to us.
I hope Adam gets well soon and that you have calmed down. You'll be fine and I'm sure he understands.
