Macrobiotic Diet?       02/07/05 09:31 PM Edit Reply Quote Vicam Reged: 02/24/04 Posts: 1955 Loc: Ontario, Canada Hey Guys, Has anyone here ever heard (or tried) a macrobiotic diet? I went to seen a gynecologist today who specializes in endometriosis (which I have been having a lot of trouble with) and he recommended that I follow a macrobiotic diet because he's found great success with people eating that way having improvements in their endometriosis symptoms. I personally think that the diet looks really extreme (and it goes against a lot of what the EFI diet encourages).
