I spoke to my doc, we're increasing the atenolol preventive from 75mg to 100mg a day and I'm starting a prescription for Periactin, one at bedtime. It's an older antihistimine that also helps migraines. If that doesn't help in a couple months, he says I should go back to the neurologist. So that sounds like a good plan, and in the meantime I've made it three days without one, which is good news and bad news, because that means I'm about due for one!
