Job Hunt - Potential good News       02/02/05 01:07 PM Edit Reply Quote TommyNY Reged: 04/29/04 Posts: 1530 Okay everyone, my on going job saga continues... Last night I met with the General Counsel of the firm I am interested in. That meeting went extremely well and I have heard back from my recruiter. They are waiting to extend an offer to me, however, I have one last hurdle to clear, the HR person who I am meeting with tomorrow at 8am. Apparently, its a done deal except the HR person felt left out of the loop since I didn't meet with him. Corporate America. Gotta love it! I'll deal with him tomorrow before my coffee. Have to make sure I have a smile on my face... If that goes well, I could get an offer by noon or the end of the day tomorrow. Thus, this means another restless night of thinking about my job situation amongst other things... But... I am still smiling... Things have a funny way of working out, one way or the other.
