Thursday night I had the WORST stomach ache ever..not IBS stomach ache, it was this constant pain, awful pain, I couldn't sleep, etc. I ended up throwing up almost 30 times - and you all know how I feel about throwing up, I wanted to DIE! Finally hubby took me to the ER at 4:00 in the morning after no pain meds helped, they took my blood, poked around, etc...said they thought it was my gallbladder. The doc gave me some pain med finally that knocked me out.
I've felt kinda weird since then, and then tonight that same pain started coming back. I called the ER about 2 hours ago and told the nurse and she said she couldn't believe they didn't scan my gallbladder on Thursday!
Anyways, the pain isn't quite as bad tonight, but if I can't sleep I have to go in again and get a scan. I'm hoping it'll go away at least until Monday - I have my brother-in-law coming over tommorrow morning from out of town 
Has anyone had thier gallbladder removed?? Did you have this severe pain high up in your chest?? My back even hurts, and it hurts to breath deeply. It's constant and it almost feel like a VERY VERY severe gas pain. Ugh. I hope it doesn't come back full blast like Thursday night.
Anyways - I know nothing about it, so if anyone does, let me know please!
