I'd go see your ENT. PS I used to get a ton of nosebleeds as a teenager, but got my nose cauterized (spelling) and haven't had much of a problem since. It takes two seconds, but kind of stings like you know what. They just put a strong chemical on a swab and rub it around your nose, as far as I remember. It's been about 10 years so I'm not sure.
