Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards | I'm going to UNC on Friday!!!!

Had to come say hi to old friends and share good news. Our insurance approved me going up to UNC-Chapel Hill and my info was faxed on Friday. They called me TODAY and asked if I could come up THIS FRIDAY!!!!!!!! I could not believe it!!! I think my Dr really pushed for me, basically saying something like, "You've gotta do something to help this poor girl" or something equally embarrassing but I don't care, I'm just so psyched because I feel hopeful that just MAYBE they will be able to see the big picture of all that's gone on with me over the past 2 years and help me get out of this vicious cycle I seem to be in.

In the meantime, life if going well but I've felt pretty steadily rotten. Even so, the kids are doing fantastic and homeschooling is going better than I even thought it would, so they keep me motivated.
