We call the cone with the chocolate flake a "99". Its funny I never noticed it wasn't in the US cos I was so interested in the weird and wonderful flavours (like Ben and Jerry's Phish Food) that we can't get here!
I have only been in NI a couple of times but I will definitely check out that wine bar. How long were you in UK/Ireland and how long ago?
And as for beans on toast, you see the butter on the toast mixes with the sauce on the beans and is all soggy and yummy and buttery, its just nice ok! Why must you question everything??
