Alright! Just confirmed... my grandparents are letting me use their quiet, PA mountain vacation home next weekend! I hate asking them for anything, so I had my dad do it. It was a suprise from me to my BF for our two year anniversary (even though it was in November ) The slopes aren't too great there, but it is ok, I ain't planning on leaving the bunny slopes My mom even got us gift cards to there for Christmas, cause she knew I wanted to go but was still feeling the pain of a recent *expensive* trip. We are going to *try* snowboarding I had done it once when I was a teenager (got a really nice board for Christmas that year) and fell on my butt every few feet. And we won't feel guilty about skipping the gym, since it is such a great workout! Chris has never even been skiing before, so we will see how he does. Things have been really great between us and I can't wait to go. We haven't went away together by ourselves since like maybe six months into dating, and even then friends met up with us at some point into the weekend. We could desperatley use this!
