Yes Chloe IS alive and back in Salem but she's making her mom tell Brady that she's dead because Chloe wants to wait until her massive icky scar on her face is healed before revealing herself.
As for Georgia, that is the baby of Bo and Billy's that apparently had died at birth or whatever. Well after everyone was rescued off that island mess Billy had found a CD containing secret Dimera family information, and apparently their daughter Georgia IS alive and the Dimera family had something to do with it. So Bo and Billy rushed off the Dimera castle in Europe or wherever right before Christmas to find their long lost daughter and meanwhile Marlena, Jack, Victor, Bo's Mom, etc (the people that didn't make it back from the island and are assumed dead by everyone in Salem but were actually taken by Tony who is also assumed to be dead for good, back to be held captive at this same castle) So in their mission to find Georgia they end up only finding her old room and info that says she'd been adopted away at the age of 3, so they get all upset and make it back to Salem just in time for Xmas.
I guess that's pretty much the jist of that story.
I am LOVING being home on break from school because I can watch the show, but otherwise I only really get to see it once a week. If you need to catch up, there is this fabulous sight that goes day by day and week by week and summarizes the show and gives away secrets too  it's www.soapoperafan.com
Need to know anything else?? Oh yeah, that was the old old Belle on that Clubhouse show and I heard it's doing pretty bad too - I bet she's missing Days now!
