(Mine don't have oatmeal in them though.) Anyway, I make them every year -- and have for the past 25 years! They keep for a long time OUT of the freezer; I wouldn't freeze them, just stick them in the fridge. They're so full of sugar, they're well preserved. However, I gotta warn ya: these are so damn good, they won't last! Enjoy.
