Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards | Hi everyone! I'm sorry to be such a stranger lately, but...

I haven't exactly felt the best. I had such a wonderful time while in Boston and Maine, unfortunately though, traveling has left me severly C.

My "female cylce" has been really goofed up for some reason these last couple of months (stress I think) and along with my C, I'm paying a terrible price... Since Saturday I've been experiencing constant sharp-shooting pain in my lower left abdomen. Apparently since I'm supposed to be ovulating in the next day or so, I've developed a functional cyst on my left ovary (normal by the way). Well, as my impacted, lumpy stool tries to pass by my ovary, it rubs the cyst and ovary and causes a lot of pain. So much pain that I end up doing lamaz-type breathing until it passes.

I'm working on relieving my C, but am still having these awful pains, especially when I'm trying to poo. If I continue to be quiet on the boards I'm sorry

Michele and Cara... I'm so sorry about the BFN's! One of these days we will all have little ones to show for our efforts... until then, we must persevere!!!

Sinaed... I know what it's like to grow up with someone with a drinking addiction. It's scary and extremely difficult to live with. I'm sorry you're having to deal with this so close to Christmas... I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

SS... I'm glad you were able to stick to your guns with that self-centered coworker of yours... I would have thought he was a friend too. What a jerk!

Heather7476... Give little Kenna a kiss and hug for me! Hopefully it's just a stupid cold and will go away on it's own. Call me if you need to vent... I'll be here (even if I'm on the pot)!

Steph... I'm happy that your pregnancy is progessing so well, sorry the ms is bad though. I'll keep my fingers crossed that you don't toss your cookies!

Casey... we finally got snow!

One day before the winter solstice, but what a great way to finally bring in the holidays!!
