Hi Steph. I suffered the most vile morning sickness with the twins. Even dry bread and water tasted bad! Try drinking some ginger tea (make it yourself with fresh ginger steeped in boiling water) and I know we're not supposed to drink fizzy but ginger ale or ginger beer (not sure which you have over there) works wonders too and does the same job if you stir or shake it until it's flat (so you don't get the yukky gas). Chammomile tea is also good and when you can just try to snack on some dry biscuits. My doctor told me that it really doesn't harm the baby if you can't eat at all during this time. The baby will take what it needs from you anyway. Also if you can handle cold stuff things like lemon sorbet seem to taste like they should. At worst see your chemist as they have some "morning sickness" formula tablets made by blackmore's which really helped me. Hope you feel better soon.
