I agree Michelle, if there was a miracle pill I would be taking it. However, I don't like taking medication (I take enough allready for my reflux) and I feel that these medications really just cover the problem rather than solve the problem. I'm willing to take medication for a while if needed but my constipation is very constant, I don't have IBS "attacks", just constant pain. But as you know, you can get used to anything if you have to.

I've read much of what Heather has written on this site and she makes a lot of sense to me. Time to put my faith in people who have been down this road before me.
