Hey steph, Im so sorry you've had a rough day....having attacks like that in a public place is horrendous...Ive been there before....isnt it always the grottiest toilets available when it happens?? But you're always in too much pain that its like nothin else matters...you just hav to get there! Stay cosy today and try not to stress too much about tomorrow...yea I know...easier said than done. Sineads advice about the plane is spot on...hey, try even taking an immodium or 2 tonight just before you go to sleep...Im not sure if you've had success with that b4 but it may just help even the tiniest bit for in the morning! Get an early nights sleep 2nite...and try to 4get that adrians dad is doing your nut it...yet again easier said than done I know...people always annoy you most when you're stressed aswell dont they!
Good luck tomorrow...Im sure everything will go fine...and just think how fantastic it'll be when you're back safe at home and surrounded by everyone you've missed so much! Cant wait to hear from you once you're there..big hugs xx
