I am home sick today from work. I am in my fourth day of a bad migraine. It just won't go away. I spent the whole weekend running around doing everything that needed to be done and then went to work yesterday. I even went to yoga last night hoping that would help. Nothing is working so far and now I am home resting and praying that this darn headache will go away.

I have been trying to wean myself off of HRT and Wed. of last week was the last pill I took. Maybe that is why I can't seem to shake this headache. Right now I am at the point where I think I will go ahead and start taking the HRT again. I really want to stop taking it but maybe my body isn't ready yet. I just don't know. The only thing I do know is that I want my head to feel normal again. At least my stomach isn't acting up.
