And I have to send thanks to Panda, cause her post is what woke up the hamster in my head to run around in his little wheel and make the thoughts spark!
I didn't do the deal, cause it was too restrictive, I did join a nice gym. For five bucks more than I would have spent on like the cheapest, or second to cheapest membership, I got the second or thrid best (not sure, the Premier one), cause the salesman liked me and my BF (he went too) and put us on the same plan (he lied and said we were cousins), so we will split the bill each month. yeah., I am sure it wasn';t too much of a favor, he prolly gets a bigger bonus for signer bigger plans.
I met with the personal trainer for my first work out, and started chatting with what brought me in and my goals. i told him about my gastrointestinal problems, and he said "me, too!". He has IBS too! He was so great, but I do realize he was giving me a sales pitch, but it did work. Although it is expesnive, I realize that i have ALOT of a better chance reaching my goals by pairing up with him, atleast at first. I want to get really fit and sculpted and look good. Most of all, I do want to be healthy, but trimming down the excess I have accumulated won't be too bad. I am also kind of lost at what is the best things to do to work on my target areas, so it will be good for me. He also pushes me harder than I would push myself. It is two days later and i can STILL feel my muscles sore.
I am so excited! I told him about this website, and I may bring Heather's book in for him.
I just hope I get over this cold so that I can put the most into my future workouts with him!
