False tan smell theory       11/20/04 09:11 AM Edit Reply Quote cailin Reged: 08/12/04 Posts: 3563 Loc: Dublin, Ireland OK, once you read this you will think that I am either (1) very strange or (2) skanky. I could do a poll but think I would prefer not to! You know that icky yucky false tan from a bottle smell, the one that follows you for days and you have to drown out with perfume, the really artificial smell? WELL, I spilled a load of kikkoman soy sauce on my arm and jumper earlier and being skanky just wiped it with kitchen roll as I am going to have a shower soon....anyway I was watching a movie and couldn't understand why I could smell false tan...ITS THE SAME SMELL AS SOY SAUCE ON SKIN! SO.....Does this mean there is soy sauce in St Tropez? Or St Tropez in Kikkoman soy sauce? I am very confused but had to share (cos if I say this out loud I will DEFINITELY be called crazy!!)
