I seriously hardly ever wear makeup... so I'll just input where I can. 
1- Best hair product - When I had short short hair, I was seriously in love with material, a styling wax that smells like watermelon and holds like nobody's business. Now that my hair's longer and I'm too lazy to style it anyway, I give Tigi Bedhead my vote for best shampoo and conditioner. Love the stuff.
2- Best perfume - the only one I wear is clinique's happy.
3- Best lipstick - I adore Guerlain Meteorites in Intense Red. Not really a lipstick, more like a thick gloss, but it is the PERFECT shade of red.
4- Best eye makeup - I like Estee Lauder's Go Wink cream eyeshadows, or anything similar... cream shadows stay put better than powders.
5- Best facial wash - Pass - I'm lame, I use soap. Haha.
6- Best foundation/concealer - I hardly ever use either, but I'm rather fond of Rimmel Natural Sensation when I need it. Most of the time, I use CG Smoothers tinted moisturizer.
7- Best wrinkle cream - Pass.
8- Best toothpaste - Pass - I use whatever's cheap.
9- Best mascara - Pass - I've tried so many brands, expensive and cheap, and they're all about the same. I buy whatever's cheapest whenever I run out.
10- Best moisturizer - I like Neutrogena oil-free for combination skin; it's the only one I've tried that doesn't make me break out.
Now... the question/request...
Does anyone have any recommendations for a good eye cream? Actually, I use the term "cream" loosely, because what I need is something moisturizing/soothing/firming that isn't greasy. I have a lot of problems with my eyes looking tired even when I've slept plenty... I know some of it is genetic (my father has the same eyes, sigh), but if I can look a *little* less dead, I'd be happy.
