Does anyone know anything about this?

Can cuddling up with a puppy help with depression? Can it motivate you to wake up each day and like the world and help heal your pain a little (I think it can...but I want proof).

I am going to discuss this with hubby tonight. I don;t know why...but in this depression...all I want is a puppy. Is that normal? Is it helthy? Is it a good idea?

Our puppy is VERY independent and does not need me. I want a BABY puppy...one that we raise from the start. I know we don't have so much money but we have a bit of savings and I think I need this for my sanity.

It's not like me to be so down! Where did I go?

I think I will have to find a therpaist that will help with this.

I am going to keep talking to hubby and I have a friend (long distance) that went through dewpression.

I don't have friends here. Huby and I may move one day...but prob. not soon. Here we can afford a dog, a yard, and medical bills (for the most part). People wise, it's not home though.

Beagelover...thank you for your response. You made me realize I need HELP!...NOW! I called hubby righr away. and my friend. And now I'm not alone anymore. I love you!

Thanks everyone!

Love,
Ruchie
