I've been poo free for 3 days now, and it's great. But I know what you mean about it getting uncomfortable after a while. I'm just one of those people who just prefers having the option of being C for a while. It's like a vacation for me. I don't have any pain with C, but I suffer terribly when I'm D (shaking, crying, wishing for sweet, sweet death). Imodium is the Best Thing Ever. Glad you're doing well, Sunshyne!!
