Even though this guy may not be able to 'cure' you, maybe he will help alot? I have found, too, that you can't even find a good doctor throgh recommendations anymore! Any recommendations that I have recieved for 'great' doctors, I would find out must have been recommended due to being prescription pushers. Argh.
