But ya gotta promise not to tell anyone. I don't take any SFS anymore. I know, I know, I'm bad. Bad, BAD, BAD . I tried them all, believe me, every one of them. And all I got was cramping, LOTS of pooping, DIARRHEA at the most inopportune times, and BIG-TIME BLOWING! Constantly. I'm a D person, so that could make a difference, I don't know. But ever since I got myself off SFS I haven't had a problem with any of those symptoms. I don't think I've had a fart in 3 months! Life is sweet.
