I have got to get me one of those pans! I am lucky in that my family understand (I make them) but it is just a question of me having to be very forceful with them and explain the whole feeling, the exhaustion etc and that the stress of certain things (like travelling) can make me ill. Bottom line is to refuse point blank to go until a compromise can be made. I know its hard cos its your son but you have to look after No. 1 is you are going to stabilise properly.
