met with the realtor...       09/24/04 01:35 PM Edit Reply Quote khyricat Reged: 08/05/04 Posts: 3612 Loc: Michigan a bit shocked at what she wants to list our house for- good shocked, but still.. she had mentioned probably 190 to 220 when she was here getting info, but I had kinda laughed it off... turns out she wants to list it at 219.. we paid 150 7 years ago and have had 3 fires since.. only one of which will the buyer be outright informed of.. that was the one that affected the structure.. the other 2 were in a dumpster and in a tree that has since been taken down.
