I can't sleep. Everytime I roll over I start coughing then I have to blow my nose and go pee. I have wet my pants twice today because I started coughing so hard . Thank God I was home when it happened.
I am also laying awake thinking about IBS and what am I going to do and how long before I get the pain under control. I have to be up in four hours. My hubby has to be up in two hours that is why I finnaly got out of bed because I know I am keeping him up. I have been doing realy well with the freaking out over IBS thing. I don't know why I am doing it tonight. I am freaking out about weather the antiboitics are going to make the IBS worse, or if the new antispastic med is going to work,or if I should have gave the other one a longer chance,if I should try a new SSRI. Someone please knock me out. I do belive KIMM has suggested this just today for this problem. UUUUGGGGGGG I need to sleep. I know that not getting enough sleep is only going to make the IBS and everything else that is going on right now worse. So why the hell can't I sleep. I needed to vent noone else is awake so you guys get to listen to me whine. SORRY but THANKS
