I had one in 2001 and the nurse could not figure out how to get the drugs into the IV in time. The doctor was already in the room by the time she figured out how to get the medicine into the system and they started before it took effect. It was AWFUL. They pumped so much medicine into my system trying to knock me out that they overdosed me. I passed out when the doctor said it is over. I woke up hours later throwing up. Please make sure they give you the right amount of medicine before they start the procedure.
