I think "off'days were partly stress-related because I had to travel two and a half hours on a bus with no toilet on board!!and very few stops!! Just the thought was enough! Also, I had eaten a fairly large meal the night before and despite being assured it was gf, I think it must have had some hidden wheat somwhere! It is a minefield out there even though some places do know what they are doing. I had to survive while travelling mainly on sushi (minus the soy sauce)and bananas!
I really find it hard having to think nowadays both gluten-free and IBS - does the day ever come when one stops focusing entirely on one's diet??!! I hate being this self-absorbed... it would be good to have a rigid pattern to follow I guess in some ways, but then it might get a bit boring!
Thanks for the contact. Good to know there are others out there who know what I'm on about and what I'm feeling.
