The usual recommendations for this are to get "hidden" fruits and veggies when you are starting out, have fruit blended into smoothies or veggies blended into soups.

I usually have a couple of bananas during the day, a small glass of juice after a lot of soluble fibre and carrots/mushrooms/peas with lunch and/or dinner
or a tomato based sauce with pasta.
