Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards

Hey everyone. I see I'm not the first one to pop back in after an extended absence, but I thought I'd take the time to let you all know what I've been up to. I got through my first week at school and haven't run away screaming yet, so that's got to be a good sign! Lol. Actually I'm really enjoying it so far. The two other special ed teachers I work with are fantastic, which makes a huge difference. I'm starting to get into the swing of things now. I found out the week before school started that I would also be teaching two remedial English classes, so I've been pretty busy planning for that, but things are finally starting to calm down. Hopefully that means I'll be back here more often... we'll see!

I also signed the lease on an apartment last week and have started moving things in! I'll probably officially move in this coming weekend. I've really enjoyed living with my cousin, but I'm still really looking forward to having a place of my own!!
