Blood Donation       09/14/04 04:56 AM Edit Reply Quote BarbaraS Reged: 02/12/03 Posts: 1939 Loc: Wisconsin I had a field trip to the Community Blood Center last week and learned alot. My area doesn't have a shortage of blood, except the blood bank is always in need for O+ blood. O+ is a universal donor and that is my blood type. I am donating blood on Thursday for the first time in 10 years. That is really sad. I like to encourage all of you to donate regularly. It is one hour of your time every two months. IBS and the meds you take for it doesn't prevent you from you donating. Have to go - my kids are getting up for school. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
