I can't believe how much you all care about me...I really had no idea! I think people on here have tried to tell me before...but I wasn't yet in a state where I was able to digest it at all. I think this means the therapy is helping and I'm growing!!!
I get so scared that my husband is going to leave me. I think that's what worried me the most out everything that happens. That's why breaking the bowl was a big deal. This stuff stems back to when I was a kid and things that happened back then. What I'm learning is that...even though hubby doesn't like it when I break a bowl, that's his issue. It's NORMAL to break things LOL And I am learning, little by little, that I'm okay for being human. I don't have to be "the best" to be valuable. I just have to be me...(not there yet...but that's my goal...to believe all this and feel it in my gut!) It takes time...and good friends like all of you...
I am just so thankful for these boards! I feel like I know all of you and you're my "extended" family. It's amazing...
Anyway, I hope that everyone is doing well and is happy. And if you get a chance...go visit your favorite store for me. If I had the money, I'd say it's on the house

P.S. I SLPET for 4.5 hours last night...YIPPEE!!!!!!! (Still not ALL better yet...but the pain subsided long enough for sleep...thank G-d!)
