Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards

My therapist and I are drudging up all these hard-to-deal-with feelings as part of he healing process. But she keeps having to cancel our sessions every couple of weeks (she has a meeting and has to cancel) and I'm right in the middle of my recovery. I'm scared and in pain (emotionally) and I have no one to talk to. My OA sponsor had to quit on me cause she has so much going on in her own life (I TOTALY understand...but it still leaves me in the dust). I've just had SO MANY PEOPLE abandon me in my life...I even have dreams of my husband leaving me.

I'm just having a hard day. PLUS I feel like I'm getting sick again. :-( I have to take my dog to the vet today (she has an eye infection) and get all the cooking done for Shabbos. All I want to do is curl up in bed and read and sleep!
