Been suffering with IBS (constipation type) since I was 5 or 6yrs old, now in my late 40's suffering with it and menopause! Live in Idaho, work as an Endoscopy nurse. Doctors are at loss sometimes with IBS. Because its not something you can see and correct. Everyone is differant in management but they all agree fiber is the way to go along with stress reduction.
