Hi again, Thanks for answering my question. The blood pressure med they gave me is lisinopril/hydrochlorothyzide combo. The weird pains seem to be subsiding, they have been there every day, since the second day I have been taking the meds (just less than a week). Everyday they seem to subside alittle more. As for the weak and shaky, I beleive that was left over from the atenolol,my pulse was in the 50's and it is normally in the 90's. I have been taking the new drug for just one week, guess I'll have to wait out the side effects and see if they go away, if not I will definately tell my doc.

I have been been following most of the advice on the website since oct. 03. I eat basically the same thing each day, so it's quite easy to find my food mistakes. I consider myself stable, am able to leave the house, shop (in fast forward mode..it's good for the leg muscles ) and get my work finished each day. I do not go on long trips or let anyone drive me anywhere.
I don't take a SFS, just a probiotic each morning (primal defense). I had my gallbladder removed in may and that seemed to clear up my constant nausea. They told me I had chronic inflammation which caused some of my stomach tenderness and the nausea. Well I'm just getting into all my problems here...so sorry.

Thanks for getting back to me
Colby
