I grew up with a dog that had to be put to sleep because of heart problems and he had a stroke. He was 17 years old I was 20. Pets are part of your family and we all love them just like you love the rest of your family. My family has 2 dogs now we used to have 3 but one of our little guys past away a year ago so he's in our back yard with a little headstone dedicated by our son whose is 14. One of our dogs is 11 and the other is 7. You'll never forget about your dog I was 20 like I said when my dog I grew up with had to be put to sleep and I am now in my 40's I have never forgot him as a matter of fact our 11 year old dog found us we did not find her I say it was my dog up in doggy heaven steered her to us.
