you are so right.you talk about a day.I really had one.went to Walmart only stay a little my back started hurting.hard a small salad at McDonald came home was doing some thing in my bed room.trip over the da- bed trip over the hope chest an fall on my big fat butt. really did hurt all I could do was lay there an cry.my hubby try to get me up an I got mad at the poor man.both knees are rug burn don,t look to good for a old lady like me.oh it is funny now but tomorrow I,ll be hurting every where.I have no secret just don,t really know what I,m doing most of the time.you all know I don,t know how to use the computer.but getting better every day.an Bev you an Heather show me how to post.
