I am going to the beach on in May, so I want to look good! It is at the end of may, so I have some time.
My other motivation is have more control and will power, I was become defenseless with candy, and sweet treats around. I was begining to not look forward to seeing people, as much as I was looking forward to food! Yes food is important for living, but life is about people, celebrating and enjoying each others company! There are so many other things to do in this wonderful world other than eat! I am trying to focus more on that these days!
