Well, I can't do Chamomile because of my hayfever allergy. What I was told was anxiety was actually a nasty reaction to strep throat which causes an inner ear imbalance. So my dizziness, irritability, and shakiness was due to the ear thing. I tried to tell the Dr this, but he thought it was due to stress. At exactly 2 weeks it totally went away and I feel like myself again. So I'm not so worried about the anxiety. When will I learn to listen to myself instead of some DR? Thanks for the suggestions. Glad I don't need to use them!
