There were two parts that stood out to me specifically, as though the doctor is describing me. "Often it is difficult for a patient to see his/her way out of a difficult situation. Patients take responsibility too seriously and have forgotten how to have fun or cannot allow themselves to do so." "They have extraordinary expectations of themselves and of those around them and so are often disappointed or angered by what they perceive to be their own shortcomings or those of others. They always try to do their best, not realizing what a hard job that can be. Doing our best all the time is exceedingly difficult work and can lead to frustration and buried anger." Wow.
