Yes, I find it helps me. I try to eat more real, whole foods ( poultry, fish, limited red meat, veggies, berry fruits, plain, whole organic yogurt) rather than processed foods made from grains, or ones that have sugar in some form listed as one of the top 3 ingredients. I also think processed foods have a lot of added chemicals and preservatives that are not IBS friendly, so the fewer I eat, the better I feel. That includes drinks, too.
