how do we know if a part of our colon is not working? ever since i held in D for over an hr (could have been 2, i dont remember), the sigmoid area feels stuck and unable to empty. i never feel any relief in that area. even when i take stuff that turns the stool into liquid, i feel like that's the point when things get really stuck.
